Default What is the 'Handheld Manager' (NOT Desktop Manager)?

Please Login to Remove!

Some RIM documentation refers to being able to install something called the 'handheld manager' instead of the full Desktop Manager program. They make it sound like some kind of 'lite/smaller' version of the DM that you can use as an alternative to the DM if your handheld and BES are both 4.0

Is the 'handheld manager' a completely separate program that you can download from somewhere? How do you get it? I can't find any information on how to install the 'handheld manager' ONLY. Any helpful/specific information about exactly what this 'handheld manager' software is, how to get it, and what it does would be great. Thanks.
