Greetings, this is my first post on the blackberry foruns, curiously from my blackberry.
I need help, I've had this issue before but never found the fix. By itself my bb fixed it but now it happens again.
So the last time this happened I changed a gmail account password that was configured on my bb and received a message saying I would have to update that password. The thing was that I couldn't open my email configuration menu. I clicked in it but nothing happens, even if I run the startup configuration on it when it gets to the email part it just closes it and goes back to main screen.
no idea how this got fixed but at some point I just tried again to edit the email and I suceded.
A couple of days ago, for no reason understandable, I got a message saying I'd have to update the password to another email account on my bb.
I have no idea why this hapened, I never changed that email's password, though there seemed to be some incompability issues, such as when I clicked to delete an email bot in bb and server the bb only deleted it on the device.
Anyway, my main issue now is that I can't open my email configuration settings. I click to open them but nothing happens...
Please help me with this, I should be receiving an important email on that account and I can't miss it.

It worked... well I still can't open the email setup menu as I did before. But at least I managed to validate the email and now I have normal access to it as usual.

Just to set one thing straight? BIS is what you enable on your bb that allows you access to the app store and bb messenger and etc... right?
