Im having trouble with ringtones with the 8700g. Ive used audacity successfully about a month ago, now i try using it now and when i email it to myself theres no option to open attachment and there is no paperclip on the envelope when it my BB recieves it. Any help would be great.

I always thought that ringtones had to be uploaded to a website and downloaded from there. Didn't think they could be opened when sent as an attachement.

Sounds like an issue with the website and not your BB. Try sending it to an email address you can access from a computer. If the attachement is still not there, then you can confirm the issue is not the BB and is the website.
