Please don't shout at me, the blackberry's weren't my idea!!

My boss has a 7100v and his favorite ringtone is a song he wrote and performed himself. We have it as an MP3, and he wants it on his BB. Can this be done? Will the BB take any other file formats? How can i appease my evil task master?
