Hi Guys,

I have an issue with my blackberry Bold i picked my phone up that was on my desk and there is a white patch in the bottom left hand corner to the bottom right hand corner there are different colors they my mobile provider said this may not be covered now there is no damage to the screen at all is this a software related issue on the phone i don't want to send it off to them if there is stuff i can try myself before i send it off to them

Can you post a photo so we can see it? I'm curious to see this. If you can't, then have them (your carrier) check it out for themselves... good luck!
