Funny, there are more people it seems who have BBs than iphones.
It is amazing what a closed mind can lead to.
Since TMo had to "remotely fix it" it was not a BlackBerry issue, but as a suspected, a carrier problem. TMo cannot remotely invade your BB OS and fix things.
