How can I put pauses after a phone number stored in my address book so that I can have a PIN automatically dialed. Secondly, how long will each pause last so I can time the pauses.

When you're typing the number in the field, hit the menu key and select "add pause." I think each pause is one second (not 100% sure on that one, though.)
