Default Gap around screen/light

This bug anyone else? It's really looks like crap in a dark environment when the light really shows the gaps. I saw several reviews complaining about this and not only does it look bad but it's also a nice place for dirt/debris to enter the unit. I guess time will tell if the latter is a problem but it definitely detracts from the aesthetics.

I wouldn't think so, I keep compressed air around the house, a tiny blast and all new.
