I have a users whose address book was syncing and has stopped syncing in the last few days. This user has 3500 contact in Exchange. Messages and calendar are syncing fine.

In BB Manager, under the User, PIM Sync, and Address Book....
Synchronization enabled = True
Enabled on Device = False

We have verified on the Curve device the Sync was on. Per some other threads I read, we turned it off, then waited an hour. Turned it back on, and it still is False. We have tried to reboot the device as well (turn off, reboot turn on, reboot)

Any ideas of the next step to take?

Try deleting the Desktop[SYNC] service book and resend it from the BES. At least that will rule out the service book as the issue.

Deleted the service book and reloaded but it did not work.

Got it working by deleting the user from the BBES, wiping the handheld and reactivating it.
