Trouble syncing Data with BB Desktop

Using version 6.0.0.43 on Windows 7 Home Premium
I can neither sync nor select the media that I would like to sync with my Blackberry 8900 (v5.0.0.822) when using the above mention Desktop program. It basically states "Unknown Error Reported".
Anyone else run into this issue? I need help.
