It seems like part of my touch screen has gone dead. Has anyone here gotten a screen replacement? How much would it cost and, most importantly, can it be done without voiding my warranty?

I've seen that issue with VZW Storm devices and have had the impression, when talking to VZW data support that it's a "known" issue :( We've been fortunate that we were able to warranty the phones....do you have that option?
