I have a Bold 9900 and when i use my camera with flash the mob shutdown compleltly and need to remove batttry and insert it again please help me i tried to setup new software and nothing change

I wonder about the battery. Maybe the flash is too much for a battery on its deathbed. Would be interesting to see what happens with another battery. But if the BlackBerry got wet all bets are off.

I tried anthor battry and the same proplem :S When i use camera without flash it's fine but when make flash on mobile shutdown get blackscreen and red light run and open software again

What I do now on my bold 9900 i need to solve this proplem

(a)Don't use the flash, or if you need to then do it and then do a battery pull

(b)get a new device

(c) get it repaired

Sounds like replacement time. I see no easy or cost-effective fix for this.
