Default buzzing in speaker?

Please Login to Remove!

I just switched to AT&T from verizon and got the curve. Great phone and I love it but I had a quick question about GSM... We have two curves and on both of them in certain areas*(always the same area as well) there is a slight buzzing when making a call. It sounds like an alternating high pitch buzz that is very slight, it goes back and forth between there and not..

I can not hear it when I am using a bluetooth headset but it does do it on BOTH curves.. I was curious if this was just an issue with GSM in some areas (as it doesn't do it in a lot of them) or if there is something with both of the curve's speakers?

Thanks!

I would suspect that since it is only in a certain location that it is coverage based and not specific to the Curve. That doesn't happen to me anywhere.

Its not the coverage area. I'm on my second curve and have the same problem even with full bars of signal. I went back to AT&T to swap again and put my sim in another phone before I exchanged and had the same problem. Tried it with two others at the store before giving up. It is the same kind of sound as when you hold up your phone to computer speakers, only really faint.
