For a company closing, I got a T-Mobile NIB curve 8320 - never opened. However, my service is with Verizon with a current Treo 700WX. I want to get the Verizon Curve 8330.

1. The NIB T-Mobile - how do i know if it is locked or unlocked? Do I take it out of box and do something - nothing like this for Verizon.

2. Should I sell the T-Mobile here or on EBAY and then buy a new Verizon here or on Ebay or is there some way to exchange?
