Question Manually regenerate enc. key needs re-dock?

Please Login to Remove!

Hey all,

New to this forum but not to BB's. I have a user in California that is getting the "no message service" error on replies, incoming email to the handheld works fine. We are running Desktop Redir 4.1 for him. I am used to this item on BES and understand what is involved for resending service books from there but unfamiliar with the required process on the non-server or redirector side of things.

Also, if this requireds a manual enc. key to be regenerated will I have to redock the unit (sync @ desktop) for the changes to effect or will it happen over the network?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
