Default No "New Message" Vibration

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys,

My 8330 BB isn't Vibrating after I receive a new new message or get a call. I've tried a battery pull, checking the profile, and backing up then wiping the phone. Nothing has worked.

Have you added any new APPs before this happened?

Nope The only apps currently on my phone include:
1)Blackberry App World
2)Facebook
3)Sprint TV
3)Minnesota Twins
and they were all downloaded before the problem occurred. (Like months before)

My other thought is something corrupted the OS. Maybe one of the Apps was auto updated. The other is the vibrator motor is defective. Unusual but not something that cannot happen. If all else fails you might try an OS upgrade or replacement.

Yeah a relative who works for Sprint said that if the hard rest didn't fix it then it's most likely a hardware issue.
Thanks for the help.
