Kindly share possible causes for the following issue:

"You cannot find a new user account in the directory using the BlackBerry
Administration Service"

BES 5.0.3
Exchange 2010

user hidden in GAL, not correct permissions on service account, not using correct GC server, bad NIC, mouse in server, crickets jumping on CPU
