Question Disengage Security on 6230

Please Login to Remove!

I have a T-Mobile 6230 which I previously used with BES with my former employer. My issue is that I can not disable the password requirement. See Page 123 of the User Guide. http://www.blackberry.com/knowledgec...44880&vernum=0

Any suggestions?

It's an IT policy if you cannot disable the password option. And if that's the case, then you are out of luck. There is no way to get rid of an IT policy except to put it on another BlackBerry Enterprise Server and send it a blank IT policy.
